Litigation support and expert witness services
Our post construction services include participation in mediation, dispute resolution, litigation support and expert witness testimony. Litigation support includes claim review and analysis,
standards of care issues, complex delay analysis, disputed extra work, differing site conditions, entitlement and quantum, and deposition support.
