Principal

Mr. Jason Jazayeri, P.E., the founder of ACEC, began his career in Orange County in 1979 and has been continuously working in the construction industry as a general contractor and construction consultant since then. He has participated in various types of construction projects including public works projects, commercial buildings, educational buildings, medical facilities, airports, and manufacturing plants. He has extensive experience in analyzing costs, establishing schedules, managing construction projects, and analyzing claims. Mr. Jazayeri holds a Master of Science Degree in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with honors. He is also a licensed professional engineer and a licensed contractor in California since 1983. In addition, he became a LEED AP accredited professional in 2009. He has testified as an expert witness in courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
